  I love stopping in here. Whether its the drive thru or ATM or even going inside ...they are always on point. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a bank.

  I only have had one issue here. I was trying to close an account and the teller felt so inclined to give me her personal opinion on my highly personal situation. It was unnecessary and I wish it never happened because now I just leave when I see them working the window.

  Went in the other day to open an account. Everything went smoothly, I’m really only writing this review because of the terrible customer service I had, not because of the bank itself. I got called by a lady named Michelle and she had the worst personality ever for me to be a first time customer! Very short, rude, I wanted to reach over and smack that chip right off her shoulder. Didn’t seem eager to want to help, and I felt like I was a bother the whole time I was there. She walked around with a nasty attitude look on her face and made my first visit very uncomfortable. Everyone else who spoke to me had smiles and was very nice so my suggestion would be, if you’re looking for someone who actually wants to HELP you, don’t ask for Michelle.

  I sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. I tried calling inside but did not get an answer. Finally a lady came to the window. No apology, nothing!!! Very rude service!

  I love this branch. They are the nicest people. A lot nicer than the branch in “Trashboro”.
