cierra brown1This branch is disorganized and lazy ! Raised the tax Preparation fee too $95 during a pandemic ; very rude and boisterous tellers and well as the loan officers ; Laurel Ullman being one specifically! Please choose another branch if you would like being talked too with no respect or patience.

na mo1SECU's customer service (over the phone and in their branches) is horrible. Today, I called in and after waiting for a rep for over 30 minutes, was hung up on. The call center rep was passive-aggressive and reacted negatively when I asked her to call me by my name and not a "pet name". Referring to a customer by "honey" or "sweetheart" or "darling" (I was called all 3 in under a minute) is not appropriate. After calling back, and handling the issue with another rep, I spoke to a supervisor and she was dismissive of the poor customer service I received. Also, SECU has done poorly in the past with monitoring and investigating incidents regarding suspicious activity on my accounts. Their own customer service reps verified that there are log in discrepancies. The only reason that I have stayed as long as I have is that they have branches everywhere, but I've reached my breaking point. Supervisors condone nasty behavior. There is no accountability and that is unacceptable for any business. I'm done.

Justin Webester1The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! The VP Lauren Massey was extremely rude to me. I was dragged out for 3 months for a situation I had with the credit union. I was lied to and was giving nothing but excuses & endless emails. The VP for the Poole road branch was very classless, disrespectful and utterly disgusting! I will never bank with them again!

Chris Johnson1This bank must have the worst drive thru I have every been to in the history of banking. It is such a inconvience to go to when people need deposit slips they should have to go inside. You need to put up signs telling people that.
