  Garbage staff had a joint account neither could make a withdrawal unless BOTH signed & were PRESENT. That was the rules for me but when the elderly lady come in the rules went out the window and she was able to not only make withdrawals but to close the entire account down without me even being notified When confronted the "manager" commented the person's name in the top of the form was the primary account holder and could do whatever she liked because her name was at the top.. Don't let these Hillbillies have access to your money especially if you're married because the wife will literally be able to clear out the account without even a phone call telling the other account holder...

  I would STRONGLY advise anyone to avoid this bank at all costs. Especially this branch. They will find ways to charge you money for their “services” to take advantage of you and your money. There are hidden fees left and right. This branch is full of rude females who threatened me with the police if I didn’t pay a negative 30$ balance! I’m taking my business to my old bank at Wells Fargo where there’re professional men and women, instead of moody females.
