  I went in to apply for an auto loan and I was asked to leave because the clerk was busy with another customer. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I went to the branch in Spartanburg. I went to Vic Bailey Honda and they were happy to help me and had no problem financing my loan. I could have waited for the clerk to finish so I feel like it’s very rude to ask customers to leave a business.

  Was setting up my first bank account in the states, after living abroad for years. And this branch was so welcoming nice courtius, and professional. Taylor, and Yyvette specifically were really just a pleasure to do business with them. I now know why the rest of my family does their business there. Would recommend the place to anyone in the area to give them a try

  2 stars because the people at this branch are awesome. My problem is with a website that doesnt work well when you try to apply for things. Also I had to refinance my 2 loans because their rates were not good. The last straw was that diring this pandemic my 17 year old made her first mistake and went over. They charged her $60. I talked with them on the main line and they only gave back 30. ANY OTHER BANK WILL HELP WITH THE FIRST MISTAKE 100%

  The staff that work for the credit union are the absolute best at taking care of working families. It is always a pleasure to walk in the lobby and be greeted by people who really care about what they do. Thank you for consistently putting others first. God Bless! James V.

  SCU is great, I went to finance a motorcycle but ended up getting my car refinanced at a lower rate also. The customer service was awesome no matter who I talked with and I highly recommend them to anyone

  You need a 24/7 customer hotline. It's ridiculous when I can't access my money in the middle of the night because of a error. People have emergencies at night too.

  I have never had a problem here and they have always had the lowest rate on a car or a mortgage loan and friendly customer service and I have been a member for a long time and I really appreciate it

  Very rude and condescending staff, don't be surprised if you are told one thing by one person only to be told something els by another. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
