      I have been banking at this bank for 20 years. Since Hometown has merged with the state Bank of Arthur. I have been charged for over drafts and told I need to know what's in my account and that it is not their responsibility. I then called to ask for a loan and was told they couldn't touch me because of my credit. Well that's funny I have had loans from this bank for years. Then to top the cake I had $20.34 in the bank the rest went to bills. The bank had taken $20.00 out for a loan payment that I don't even owe on anymore, but a 1.66. They had my money for 3 days! I had to call the bank to tell them there was as issue. All I got was an I'm sorry and they would but, the money back in the bank sometime today. I told them I think they owe me a $30.00 over drafts fee. Well needless to say I will be looking for another bank soon.
