  The Manager Brenda is a very disrespectful and RUDE, individual. She's hateful and feels as though she can talk to you how she wants. If you don't like dealing with people, you're in the wrong business. I believe you love to argue with your customers, which is so sad. Honey, you need customer service training and please understand that our payments to you, is your paycheck! It's like they always say, 1 bad apple spoils the bunch. And you will kill the business for Star Loans.

  I have been making payments for over 6 months and I got sick during covid made a payment promise for the first of the year they mest up something called me threaten me with court cause I didn't pay for December after we agreed to a payment date breda is extremely rude and unprofessional and I did this to build credit and my credit hasn't even went up at all

  Thank you, the money was in my account the next day. I now know that I can come to you if I need a loan again. Other loans companies turned me down. Once again thank you for giving me a chance.

  Had a good experience with a loan about 5 yrs ago. Buuuuut, Someone used my address & me as a reference but instead of calling me they asked to talk to me while talking on the applicants phone. Very unprofessional. I felt pressured to answer her questions favorably. I was put on the spot. If she would've called me on my phone i would not have felt pressured. ITS MY FAULT, but it was unprofessional. She should've called MY PHONE.

  They were very rude, judgemental ,and liars. Well I took my business down the road to where everyone one should go. Title Max is the way to go people.

  They allow people who they know aren't the person they say they are that steals your identity to take out loans in you name and they don't press charges on them. Congratulations Stars Loans of Angleton Texas

  The manager Brenda is very RUDE very hateful.. I will never go back after paying off my loan there and I don't recommend taken out a loan here at all..

  Horrible people Brenda is very roud and wants to threatening on the phone everyone in the office is roud and very unprofessional would never recommend star loan to any one
