  The fact that you guys are copy pasting a response to a review from another location is incredibly unprofessional. This banks action here speak for itself, and I’m leaving my review here as a 1 star for the general atmosphere and experience at this point. So while the other review is completely unrelated, if you want the full context of how this bank operates, and an explanation that shows their response here is a complete lie and the person who posted it knows it, check out my other review.

  Jim in the loan department is incredible! We wanted to lower our auto loan rate and a phone call to Jim is all it took. We called and explained our desire and he said he would take care of it and call us when completed. A day later we recieved an email to sign E-sign the documents then the next day an email stating everything is complete and our rate is much lower. All due to Jim Minariks strong work ethics.

  Worse place ever, when my mom passed she left a will stateing her wishes. The money was to be split between us siblings,but no the credit union was having no part of this. We had to get a lawyer involved for $4300 dollars, come on!!! They sure we're willing to take her money buy getting it back in the rights took an act of GOD. Run from this place there are way better credit union!!!

  I’ve been with this bank for about 4 years now and I absolutely would recommend this bank to anyone. Ash Khatib has been very helpful with my car and personal loans. He is proactive and efficient!

  This bank is the worst on so many levels it is difficult to list them all. Stay as far from this bank as financially possible. This bank will do absolutely nothing for you. This is a bank for children. Everything from online to personal interaction is the worst experienced ever in over 30 years of banking.

  Its only $5.00 to open a savings account thats cheap when u live Dwtn St Paul its very easy to get too
