St Mary's Bank Reviews

Rob H2Update: the person was in fact the manager it's nice to know that the manager cares more about her commissions than actually opening up an account for a new possible client. Oh and they charge $5 to open an account with them (FYI). As I'm waiting here to open an account for 30mins now I'm wondering if I should just go somewhere else. Why, you might ask? Well mainly because there was 1 person waiting in front of me and 1 person waiting after me. One of the workers came up and asked who was next and when the people that came in after me said that they were there to refinance their auto loan she took them and said that somebody would be with me soon. It's been almost 20 minutes since then. Now, does that sound like good customer service when all this lady wants is to make a commission? I ask you all. Maybe their priorities are different than just about every other bank. Maybe I'll just open an account and then just close it to waste their time like they're doing with me.

Joe Ciampa1ATM system for this whole bank system is jacked. Its literally always broken, misreads deposits, or flat out takes your money and never deposits it... Not at all an exaggerating saying 80% of the times I've tried to use the ATM it is broken or messes up and I've gone to three different locations to try and make deposits problems occur at all of them. Its a joke. I highly suggest staying far and clear..

Benjamin Cardoza5Smooth service with great customer support. Was able to pay the remaining balance on an auto loan with a teller and schedule to get a car title mailed to me for the following week in less than ten minutes. While having an auto loan with St Mary's Bank I never had any issues.

Micah Rowe5Best bank I've ever had. They've been extremely helpful in cases of fraud and their ATM can be used by anyone who has a credit union as a bank. They've given me chances to earn bonuses and they are very friendly.

Jacob Vachon2Normally have a great time at this bank and never had problems but in late janruary/early February(7 months ago) I had an issue with planet fitness charging my checking account multiple times, which I informed my bank about and got everything squared away but they still charged me 3 overdraft fees and I never got reimbursed for planet fitness charging my account multiple times’ over draft fee, now I am trying to make mobil deposits which isn’t working so I call the bank to see what’s up and explain I’m trying to make a mobil deposit because I cannot drive as I broke my ankle at work and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it because of the overdraft fees from 6 months ago which means I can’t make a mobil deposit??? They charged me 90$ in overdraft fees to basically then tell me I can make mobil deposits even though I can’t drive myself to the bank with a broken ankle in a cast. Very unimpressed, I will go in and talk to someone when I can get a ride from a friend, if nothing can be fixed I will forsure be switching banks

Wheeler Gang2Great people inside and in drive thru window, however the drive thru ATM is unavailable more than available for use and it’s pretty frustrating to say the least. And the ATM was just upgraded to a brand new one.

Jacqueline Mcquarrie3I was cashing a check at the drive thru for $500.00 and when I drove away it was only $200.00. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. They made good on it for me but still it’s a good thing I checked right away!

Aaron Levesque4Great bank, great rates. I would have given five stars, but their customer service center is always bogged down with calls. I have yet to attempt to reach CS without waiting at least 15-20 minutes on hold. Perhaps they should hire more reps.

Kathleen Rodgers2Why is the ATM always either down for repairs or out of money? Are you a financial institution? I'm confused. And the exit from the drive thru.... That whole set-up is an accident waiting to happen.

Ryan Grawin5Handy drive thru ATM that members of other credit unions can use without a fee.
