St. Anne's Credit Union Reviews

Paul Brown1Their policies are overly designed to take "fees" from your account. Deposited money to cover auto payments? Don't worry. You'll still get a overdraft fee because they want to hold the deposit long enough to try and overdraft you not once, but twice. Horrible credit union. EDIT: I can't seem to reply to your reply but I specifically stated I didn't want any overdraft protection as I always make sure to put enough in the bank to cover my auto payments. You still caused an overdraft even though I had deposited more than enough to cover my bills. I also suggest you not post publicly transactions on my account as I haven't signed any release for you to do so. I'm just setting up a bank account elsewhere and once all my debits are set there, I will be leaving your scamming bank.
Response from the ownerHi Paul, we are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience we review our fees regularly to make sure they are comparable or lower than the industry average – if we even assess them at all. In our review, we do see that your overdraft fee was reversed, but we’d like to learn more about your specific situation and have the opportunity to review our Mobile Deposit funds availability information at stannes.com/Online-Services so it does not happen to you again. Please call us at 1-877-STANNES as we have also introduced an account with no overdraft fees that you may find to be the best fit for your needs. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
