St. Anne's Credit Union Reviews

Owen Tidwell1If you're looking for a bank that operates like it's 1921, look no further, you're home! Banking hours are comically short. The mobile app is about as useful as an umbrella in a hurricane. Their "Customer Support" might be the loosest use of the term ever. They'll put a hold on your accounts without so much of a phone call or e-notice, even when it's only because their snail mail is bouncing back to them. How can a physical address can be so important to a company that doesn't even use the phone number they have on file for you to ask you if you moved? I'm truly starting to think the bank exists solely as a running April's Fools Day joke on it's customers. I'm out...

Ryan Robles Pinto4Update: Had a bit of an issue with a rude manager when trying to open an account, but the VP of Marketing reached out to me, so I decided to give them a chance and become a member. The process to set up an account was super easy and intuitive, albeit a bit buggy running on Firefox instead of Chrome, but that's most sites these days. The application was processed quickly, and it seems like they take security very seriously. Their mobile banking app is a bit bare bones and old looking, and it shows an ad for their services every time you open it (you can thankfully dismiss it), but it does the job that every good mobile banking app is supposed to do (check balances, deposit money, etc...)
Response from the ownerHello Ryan: I apologize for the way you were treated. That is not the response you should have received. We value all of our customers. I would like you to personally contact me and I will assist with any of your account needs if you allow. Lee Zupkofska-VP Marketing 508.324.7382. Thank you.

David Stuart2Every time I try to use Zelle or the Credit Union's Payment system it takes forever to either SEND by snail mail or it rejects my attempt to send a quick E-transfer which should be NORMAL these days. When I try to set up Account-to-Account transfer (E-transfer) Zelle and/or the C.U. account locks me up. It is certainly not Apple computer friendly or at least with the Apple Safari browser. Calling the C.U. does not help. They apparently think all is fine so I believe that they they think everyone of their customers uses PC's.

Cristiano Mendes1If I could give this bank negative stars I would. First and foremost please train your employees to have better customer service. They screwed me over and gave me attitude as if they were the ones upset. Secondly, I expect to be able to pay my Bill's without interruptions or holds or errors but nope this bank will screw you in every category and there is no recourse if you call the bank after 4o'clock. This bank is stuck in the 1990s. Do yourself a favor stay away from this bank. You will save yourself a major headache
Response from the ownerCristiano: I apologize for the way you were treated. We value our members and have very high customer service standards. Are you open for a discussion so I can understand the situation further as well as improving member experience? if you could email me the best way to contact you. Thank you. Briana correia1My card is CONSTANTLY getting locked for using it. The bank is always CLOSED when they lock my card so I can never use it until I call the next day. I'd say just get a new bank account because I've had them for a decade and the past two years have been horrible here.

Blue Dolphin Reacts2Just left there to withdraw money at my account, I've been with St Annes for about five years. Overall a great bank, and they dont take extra fees from your account like other banks. I got off early from work today, had to withdraw money from my account. The customer service wasn't to pleasant, show a smile, interact with the customer, your part of the community. They need to work on that here, in Dartmouth there amazing, take pointers from them.

Alecha Francoeur5I've never had a problem at this credit union as of yet. I just didn't like how I want allowed to cash my payroll check for the first 30 days when I first opened my account. But I think it's like that everywhere.

Paul Pereira1They pick and choose what clears first and then hit you with overdraft fee. How can ATM slip show I have $26 and change in my account and then all of a sudden I should have .86 cents then they hit me with a $27 overdraft fee and I end up in the negative 26.14. They say that the money i deposited hadn't cleared yet i was able to withdraw money from the ATM. Whatever I closed my account all set go rip someone else off.
