  Dealing with Heather and all the folks at SSB was a wonderful experience. They helped my wife and I with our recent mortgage, and the process was streamlined and simple.   Very friendly staff that gives extra effort to ensure a great experience for their members. Also very thorough explaining their services to members. There are excellent promotions such as the Christmas Club allowing members to maximize their savings, and the SSB staff is adamant on notifying their members of these opportunities. Overall a trustworthy bank that provides excellent customer service.

  Dealing with SSB Bank was a great experience. There was no hassle to get our loan. Dealing with the rep Jessica Merolillo from the bank was like we have been friends doing business for a long time. I would recommend if you need any banking needs or loans give Jessica a call I like this bank Lucas Yialouris

  This bank is so bad for small businesses it's an understatement the bank manager Margaret Glassbrenner told me I should go back to PNC because they can't handle wire transfers I do for my international business. Solving small problems is nothing short of a nightmare. I'm relieved to go back to a bigger bank I only came here because a friend of mine worked here and I was told how great they were for local businesses. RUN go to any bigger institution as fast as you can. They do not want your "small business" I had a fraud incident and they basically said sorry nothing we Can do.

  I had applied on line along with my uncle who also opened an account. The opening experience was good had no problems. I do suggest for your opening deposit click on make it in branch. When I went in branch on California the ladies were friendly and very helpful.

  SSB made it incredibly easy to apply for my PPP loan during COVID-19. The service I received was excellent, communication clear and up-to-date. I will definitely be considering future financial choices with SSB bank as my business continues to grow!

  The entire staff at SSB have been nothing but great to us as a small business struggling in this difficult time. We owe our existence to them and can't thank them enough for the help! Day to day business is much easier because of the personal, hands-on approach they have. It's hard to find a company that takes the time to get involved and you always speak to a REAL person who is LOCAL!
