  I was a member of this bank for many years and highly recommend. They have many financial products to offer their clients, their fees a low or nonexistent, their service is nice and polite, and they have opened many more branches in the last few years.

  Come here at 2pm on a Tuesday when there's no school and been in line for 20 minutes. And the line behind me is 6 deep! Poor customer service

  Bad attention and terrible customer service. After 4 years of having accounts with them I am thinking of closing it and going to another bank since they never solved me or helped me solve anything
