The loan officer Candace is rather rude. She hung up on me right after I asked about paying off my car loan. I tried calling back and every time I called I was left on hold for 2 minutes or was hung up on. I don’t usually report bad service but when it’s consistently rude and short, it should be addressed. I can understand having a bad day at work but it’s constant. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have had my car loan through them for a year and a half I have never had any issues at all so now that my husband is looking guess where we are going? Somewhere we know and trust

0 stars.. How can such a horrible bank have 5 locations.... Harassment and failure to help anyone out but when they claim they will, YOU are now controlled by the bank...
