  I absolutely love love LOVE this location!! Never a long wait time. Always top notch customer service every visit. Can't say enough about my favorite teller Kayla. You rock girl! If you're looking for a local bank, this is the perfect place.

  This branch is like family! They are always so willing to help and has always taken care of me and my family. Kayla and Candace are so sweet and we appreciate them so much. They are accommodating and have always helped us with any problem solving personally so we don’t have to go through the call center.

  I’ve been to many banks before an non compared to this one. I was helped by Kayla, and she was just the sweetest and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family

  This bank is the best. Walking in there or going to the drive through I am always greeted by Kayla and the rest of there team. Every one is so nice. I never have an issue.

  The actual bank itself is typically great and have had no issues. The call center you call to speak with however is so very rude. The woman I spoke with tonight was very short and irritated with my phone call. Until she found I had made a mistake and I apologized for my said mistake and thanked her for her time. She was nothing but nice after that. Horrible customer service.

  I had the best experience upon entering South state bank. From the moment I walked in, I saw a clean professional looking lobby. The teller I encountered was Kimberly Conner. She was very kind and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I will definitely be back to this location! South State, Blue Ridge definitely exceeded my expectations!
