  I had a phone conversation with Dre today and lets just say he was very rude. This is the worst mortgage lender I have ever communicated with. His tone was horrible and I will never recommend anyone to him. Reading form past experiences this is not the first time he has done this which is a bad reputation. This is my first and last time dealing with this bank. He is a bad name for the company.

  My review is based off Deandre, Not a very friendly guy to have a phone conversation with. To me that can make the bank look bad as a whole. Will never do business here.

  The absolute worst bank. They make all their money on overdraft and they are unwilling to work with you. DO NOT USE SOUTH STATE!

  I absolutely love this bank. I miss the lobby atmosphere, due to covid. 5 stars
