  Chris was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was my first home purchase, and I am so glad I had Chris guiding me through it.   Chris with Southern Trust Mortgage is hands downs the best finance guy to work with! We decided to buy a house and the first finance company we tried treated us very rudely; we turned to Chris and he made everything mover forward so effortlessly! He took the reins, got what he needed from us, and made our purchase happen! Thank you

  I would like to say how pleased I am with Southern Trust Mortgage and specially with Chris Daly. Chris was awesome from the beginning 2 years ago With my first mortgage. Chris took the time to explain everything and to make sure I was ok. He even checked up on me 2 years later and was again wonderful with my refinance. If you need an excellent loan officer Chris Daly is it the best!

  I had one of the most unpleasant experiences with my builder but I can honestly say I would not have made it through this process with out Chris Daly. He was transparent and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions regarding this roller coaster ride of building a house in a pandemic. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home and most definitely would return to him when I look to purchase my next one.

  Chris was very helpful during the entire load process. He explained that information he needed. If there were any hiccups he was right there to smooth things through. He was easy to contact and was always very responsive. I would strongly recommend him. He went over and above to take as much stress out of the house purchasing process as possible.

  I worked with Phil Johnson at Southern Trust and I had the best experience I think I could have possibly had. I am a new homeowner and Phil worked with me through all of the offers I put in and made sure the numbers were right for me and he also answered ALL of my questions no matter how big or small. He was extremely available and talked with me on the phone multiple times after hours and on the weekends. I really enjoyed my experience with Southern Trust and would 10/10 recommend them to any family and friends!
