  I refinanced a vehicle within the last 2 weeks via STFCU, and the experience was excellent. Jackelyn helped us in every step of the process. She was the epitome of professionalism with the highest degree of customer service. I am proud to be a member of this quality institution since 1997. Please, let them take care of all of your banking needs, they know what they are doing!

  I refinanced my recently purchased truck with STFCU and our loan officer was really friendly and very helpful. Helped us out a lot by sending us eletronic document so that we would't have to come into the bank only to make deposit to open our new account. Highly recommend STFCU for vehicle loans their rates are amazing and staff is friendly. I would definitely use their bank again.

  Extremely kind staff! Every time I go, I'm always greeted with a smile and quality service. There's a teller that particularly stands out, Claudia. If you have the chance ask for her help! She will always be patient, and understanding to all your financial needs. Never had any problems, even in these trying times. Thank you to all the workers who work long hours to make sure our finances are still protected!

  Since becoming a member in 2017 their staff has changed and now has a lot better customer service. Even with the shut down the drive thru remained open. Now Everything is opened back up and service is great

  Service with a smile and a Hello is always an awesome, 1st impression, which in Weslaco, it's Great! To me, that means the employees are there to help me with whatever I need! I go in at least once a week, sometimes more/less, and I always leave content, knowing that I have chosen the best bank that suits my needs, and my children's too. They also bank with STFCU! Awesome! I know that my children are also being given the same service and respect that my husband and I receive! Thank you STFCU, Weslaco!!!

  I went in to get a loan to consolidate my cards and the staff was very helpful. Both Jessica and Veronica were very helpful and made the process very easy. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Thank you Jessica and Veronica.

  I had a really bad experience here, first off; I arrived at 9 a.m. in the morning not really needing a loan but trying to build my credit! I filled out an application for a loan and was told I should have an answer within :30 minutes well that turned into 4 days of waiting because 1st excuse there wasn't anyone in that could work on the loan, secondly there wasn't anyone available that could process the loan then finally the last excuse was that the reason they hadn't been able to work on it was that they had just started a new promotion so I inquired as to what the "new promotion" was and was told it was for a back to school loan and that it was on a "first come first serve" basis which was weird seeing as I was one of the first customers to arrive 3 days ahead of the "new promotion" yet still hadn't been served, I didn't get approved for the loan and no that's not why I was upset, I instead was mad at the fact I waited so long to find out how my credit score would be impacted by the inquiry (-4 points) on transunion only!

  It is so sad and unprofessional when staff can not guide you after you repeatedly state your situation to them. I called the main office and explained one time and Ms Martinez was able to help me out. I'm closing my account and my Daughter is to . But not that they care!
