They removed the ATM, which is the only reason I drove all the way the hospital. And they wouldn’t help me at the counter because I’m not an GHS credit union member, which is super annoying because I bank with another credit union and I’ve never in into this problem before.

Karen at the main brach is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She started screaming at me and hung up on me. No manager or anybody has yet to call me back and discuss the issue. $800 went into my td bank account then 5 days later they retracted it. All I wanted to know is why. My bank said they haven't seen anything like this before. Unreal how terrible the service is. Go find a real bank with people who care.
