  If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. This is by far the least knowledgeable credit union branch I’ve come across in the southbay. Employees don’t return calls, managers are joke and to top it off, they keep replacing employees so your transaction ends up going through multiple people rather than just dealing with an individual agent and building rapport. If I was the owner, I’d close this place and open a donut shop because that’s what these employees are qualified to do for a living.

  Took 3 calls and 4 different individuals to finally set up and appointment for a refinance...they finally set it up and said to be expecting there call...and nada. Looks like this place is rundown and out of date I guess. Kinecta credit union is a better choice

  Worst experience ever. Absolutely complicated, nonchalant, and inconvenient credit union leaves a lot to be desired regarding the setting of the proper tone to be set with new members. Closing my account, and looking forward to working with a much more reputable and responsible establishment.

  I have been with this bank for 3 years. I prefer to get my car loans with them because the interest rates are awesome! Gave 4 stars because it’s REALLY hard to get them to answer the phone. It’s worth it to call a few times, just wish I didn’t have to.

  The ATM is never working in the mornings, seriously thinking about closing my accounts there because how of inconvenient this place is to use...

  Not set up for ZELLE??? Very inconvenient compared to most banking institutions
