  Since day one walking into South Atlantic, I felt at home. Everyone knew my name and was incredibly accommodating. I have never been treated with this high level of service at any banking establishment prior to this one. We now have several accounts and have done multiple mortgages with South Atlantic that have been done with such ease, it is remarkable. As far as I am concerned, I am a customer for life and recommend them to everyone!

  I don't really post reviews of banks, but my recent experiences with South Atlantic have compelled me to write one today. The customer service is absolutely over the top, especially when contrasted against any of the national entities. They don't just make you feel like they're there for you, they truly make every effort to assist you in any way they can. Their service for business accounts is also outstanding and goes way above and beyond. Cannot recommend this bank, especially the Carolina Forest branch, enough. Katie, John, and all the rest of your team... thank you all for everything you do!

  I cannot say enough about South Atlantic Bank Carolina Forest and all of its hard working employee's. I have never experienced Customer Service like this before. I have used them for many products, business checking, mortgage, line of credit, credit card processing, PPP loan (personal accounts too) and every process has been seamless and easy thanks to the extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.
