  If I could give negative stars on this establishment I would. Stay away from this place. Diamond & Alana are probably the worst representatives for this company. I’m an accountant and I know all about numbers, these people that work here are amateurs. They don’t believe in real life situations and want to take your money the moment you miss a payment by a day. They capitalize during Covid times to take your money. Once again stay away from this place.

  Horrible! They're liars and are quick to rip you off! They owe me money from over payment of my car loan that was paid off by my insurance company. They gave the insurance company a payoff amount and in the meantime still continued taking money out of my account til they got the settlement. Well they got it but are suppose to refund me back my money since now it'll be considered over paid. Called over a week ago and lady flat out said a check was issued for refund of the over payments. Sorry but it does not take this long to be delivered if it was mailed out when you said it was. They don't answer when I call or even when I leave a message. Def do not ever go through these people! They shouldn't even be a business. Horrible and thieves!!

  They claim that 17% interest is one of their lowest rates and they completely rip you off on the car and make you pay way more than you would out-of-pocket. Absolutely horrible and rude customer service this is quite literally a bank that just wants your money and take as much as they can from you

  Extremely un-professional customer services representatives. The most disrespectful people my husband and I had to deal with EVER! Rude, ironic and will racially discriminate you! The “agents” are sarcastic and insinuate people “on buying marriages to be legal in the US, and according to Isabela, the call center representative, by doing so, you will get you a lower interest rate on a car that was sold with abusive rates, and with functional problems that obviously only appeared after “guarantee” was over! Do not use this place, they are horrible in every single way, they treat people like trash, and act like if they are in their right!

  I only had them for about 4 months, and they were great with financial issues as I had to be late a few times due to medical issues. However, I was in an accident this past August, and since I only had them for a few months I thought that was going to really hurt my case. Well I had a wonderful guy named Michael who took very good care of me, as I have been fighting with my insurance company for 2 months. He was really on top of things, I always had to call him, which was no issue because he almost always answered. He would call my insurance company and my the dealership I got my car from, on the hour every hour until they answered, fighting. The insurance company was only giving me $1800 and I owed $3100 left, but he made sure they didn't screw me like they were trying. They minimized my loan gradually so I only owed $700 instead of $1300, he even got the dealership to pay half, which was surprising because they were terrible. So I was only left to pay $300 out of pocket. By far the best bank I have ever taken a loan out of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! :)

  I got into a car accident and I lost my car but my insurance ended up paying the car. 3 to 4 days later source one financial went and took 100 dollars from my bank account after the car was fully paid by the insurance. My insurance agent and I gave source one financial a call. To ask why they took 100 dollars from my account. They said that I had late fees but they will return the money if so. A week later we call again. They told us that they will return 98 dollars. Its been a week now and the only mail I got is saying that the car has been paid in full. They have a very bad customer service. I don't know if this have happened to other people but source one never sent me car statements. They only did it when a payment was late.

  Honestly this is the worst company i think I've ever seen. The Customer service in here is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude, racist, and threatening. How these people remain employed is beyond me honestly. They've Threaten my home, attempted to repossess my car, Hung up in my face regarding the same car, harassed my ex-girlfriend, and threatened to show up at my job regardless of the fact I've been paying them! When you call they threaten to hang up in your face if its not something they like or want to hear. Sue is the absolute worse, And diamond who is the boss or manager is just as bad. People i am begging and pleading with you, if there is any other way you can afford this loan, avoid this company as much as you possibly can. If you decide to go with source one, god forbid you miss a payment, they will harass not only you. But your family and references as well. Im finally making the last few payments on my car and i will be done with them. But for an entire YEAR they have been making my life miserable. To the point i didn't even want to exist anymore. They will harass your family and friends without a care in the world. They will LIE to you about the amounts you need to pay to stay on track. They will swear at you constantly... i was young and dumb and stupid, and i regret ever AND I MEAN EVER signing up for this company. Do yourselves a favor.. if its a car you want, hold off until you can afford it. Because this company will be the worst decision you have ever made. No this is not a trick or a disgruntled person with a large bill. I took out a 4k loan from this company after a drunk driver totaled my car, lost my job and got stuck with source one as an option. I wish i did my research, because after harassing me every single day, and towing and repossessing my car i felt like i sold my heart to the devil. They practically gave me ptsd because i was always thinking it was them every time my phone rang. They even cursed at my mother when she picked up the house phone.. Source one employees are sick, They are disgusting vile sacks of human wastes.. Especially the one named Sue. Racists, and bigoted and complete lack of human empathy. Please AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

  I've had Source One Financial for a year and 8 months now. I've never made a late payment nor have I missed a payment. Today when I called to postpone a payment for the first time since I have had my car loan I received the worst customer service from a rep by the name of Crystal. She refused to postpone my payment and told me that I must be having "financial issues". In order to get help and not get insulted and yelled at I had to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was great at helping me but the rep definitely needs retraining.

  Terrible customer service. Absolutely disgusting, I feel bad that some of these people haven't learned anything or gotten fired. Everyone there is rude, I hate this place and I'm sad to be stuck with them, they steal and lie so much that they should be shut down.

  Just called trying to get a 10 days pay-off for trade in my vehicle. The CRA representative was very rude using not proper words. Requested to speak with the manager and she was acting like she was. They should train they employees appropriate.
