  This was my third time to borrow money from Source Capital and almost most of the time Sacha Ferrandi has helped me a great deal. He responded to any of my questions and helped me get a discount on the rate. It was a fast turn around if you need money fast. He will do anything to help you get started specially if you are trying to flip houses. I highly recommended their services. If you need money fast, Source Capital is there!   To whom it may Concern: We recently reached out to Source-Capital to procure financing for a building owned by a client of mine dealing with a messy probate situation. An 8-year probate nightmare with numerous lawyers and a myriad of unresolved issues. Little did I know, there were more significant challenges that we would need to overcome along the way. Sacha was most helpful from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. It was obvious we were more than just another deal to be closed. Source Capital really cared about what my client was going through. Sacha helped my client arrive at a realistic assessment of the value of their property while providing various options fulfilling specialized requests. Because of his advice and direction, a potentially turbulent file has been delicately maneuvered through the minutiae of requisite Court approvals and various Title issues.
