  The group at Source Capital Funding did an amazing job with our commercial loan. They provided us with an offer letter 2 days after completing the application and the process for loan completion went off without a hitch. We were able to close within 30 days!!!!!!!!! Source Capital took a genuine interest in our business financial needs and even increased the amount of the loan to accommodate some unexpected expenses at the close of escrow. We did have 2 other choices but the interest rate and closing cost were much higher than the terms offered by Source Capital. Source Capital took the stress normally associated with a hard money commercial loan and made it manageable..........and believe me there are some companies that take advantage when you can't secure a conventional loan. Thanks Sacha and your team for a job well done.

  I had a good experience with Source Capital. It was the first time I had applied for a hardmoney loan. Ryan Burns was understanding and answered my questions in a timely manner. I was a little worried about the non-refundable document prep fee in the beginning but Ryan allayed my fears by reassuring me in writing that I would not be charged the fee if I founds a less expensive lender or if my circumstances changed and I no longer needed the loan. Ryan was very professional and worked quickly and diligently to process my loan. My loan was able to close within a couple of weeks of my application which included getting a property appraisal and termite report. I was happy with the service I received from Source Capital and would use them again if I needed funding in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Source Capital to others who need a business-related or hard-money lender.
