  Lady that works there won't cash out checks from a job we've been for a long time and it seems she has a problem with Hispanic people , always give us a hard time,I also lost money here before that they were never able to help me instead they told me if I were to sue them I was gonna lose more than already did because they have better lawyers

  My husband and I have been banking here for years! Someone always answers the phone politely and it's never a robot ☺️ I've taken out a few loans without any problem, opened checking and savings and opened mutual funds for all of my children here. Definitely would recommend banking here!

  The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and very pleasant. This bank does so much for its customers. Truly the customers come first at this bank. What this bank offers its customers for free other banks charge their customers for. Prior to Covid-19 the bank would hold customer appreciation day with great food for every one in attendance. No other banks treat their customers as good and appreciate their customers as well as Somerset's Trust Company. I give them 10/5 stars and highly recommend you switch to this bank and stop being ripped off by other banks who treat you like a number , not a person.

  I love this bank, and all the conveniences. Very nice to everybody, individualized attention that is normally a thing of the past. Attended the yearly dinner for seniors today, and enjoyed it so much. Thank you, Somerset Bank, know that you are very appreciated!

  DO NOT trust them with your money. They hold your deposits and rush your payments to get that $35 overdraft fee!! The customer service staff is rude, uncaring and treats you like you're beneath them. Awful service

  Staff is friendly and helpful, we recently tried to get a loan and they helped explain what all would go into each step and how much it would cost us in the end with each of the options they had for us. They also provide easy to use online banking

  Needed a commercial loan for a property. It required a lot of specialized help and guidance. Les was amazing. Answered all of my questions, was very responsive, and very patient dealing with my situation.
