  My wife and I had a great experience at Somerset credit union. We were greeted with a friendly personality by Peggy at the front desk who offered us some great recipes! Laryssa our loan officer was fabulous to work with and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. We will definitely be back for any future business.

  The bank rep that has been helping me with refinancing my home is Bertha Vasconcelos. She gave me outstanding customer service! She was personal, professional and thorough.And the patience that she displayed in answering my multiple questions was most helpful. This type of treatment is what keeps customers coming back! I am so appreciative of her expertise, and the kind and comprehensive manner in the work that we have done together.

  Arlene at Somerset Credit Union walked me through all steps of my refinance and made it easy for me. She gave me a helpful list of documents I needed for the application and everything went smoothly. Atty. Assad also made things easy at the closing. Somerset's rates were very competitive and thd refinance will help me save money in the future.

  I applied online and was contacted very quickly bu Tiffany. I was asked to supply my most recent pay stubs but had difficulty getting them because of only having an online pay system. I went in the next day and she had spoken to her supervisor. I have my paychecks direct deposited and they said that was sufficient documentation. Tiffany was extremely helpful and personable and a huge asset to the credit union. I have been a long time member and will continue to be one.

  Hello all.. I am elated to write a review about my favorite Credit Union, none other then *Somerset Federal Credit Union*... My family and I moved into our new home on O'Neil Road in 1977.. . My first experience with Somerset Credit Union was in 1978 , when my husband purchased his first truck. We stopped in the Credit Union and could not believe all the smiles and hello's from many , we felt we found our Credit Union, where we could do all of our banking in a family , friendly manner. We applied for a loan, was granted one and we drove away with the truck the very next day. I cannot stress the happiness that we have found since becoming members and still are today. The most friendliest Credit Union with an outstanding class of employees who we consider family. Thank you so much for the past years and the future year to come.. I also would like to thank Zelda for always being there whenever we had an issue or a question... Best, Susan LePage Mewald and Family...........

  Lisa Q. volunteered to accommodate me even though this was not her normal job responsibility. She knew exactly what to do and completed my request for a CD withdrawal as well as updating my savings books. Definitely a TEAM Player Five Star Employee.

  The easiest loan I have ever received!!! Applied online after hours, received a call the very next morning with an approval, sent all paperwork via email and only went in to sign. Quick, easy and efficient!!

  My wife and I have been doing business with the Somerset Federal Credit Union for what seems like all of our lives. They are always there when we need them. I know most of the employees by name, Diane, Bertha, Arlene, Emily and last but not least Teresa, all from the Mortgage / loan department. I can't forget a shout out to Gail and Amy, AKA Turtle girl in checking...Last but not least, Lets not forget Lisa and Rosa in the bank.They know my name too, I think they run and hide when they see me coming in. LOL!! It is also great that they have reopened the lobby, Peggy welcomes everyone with a huge smile and a cheerful hello! It is great to see old friends again. (forgive me if I didn't mention your name, old age and all)!
