  Clown Car lending at its best. I recently refinanced two loans with SnapFi. My prior mortgages with with a larger lender and I am currently praying that my loans will get sold to another servicer. You can't reach them by phone. You only get messages and then when you leave them they don't return them. I went online to set up auto pay for my loans and I realized I had put in the wrong draft date for one of my loans. This was a month after I set up the new account. I forgot my password and tried to reset it online. It claims it will e-mail me with a new link to reset it. Well it never sends the e-mail. Called no answer so I had to leave a message. I had a previous problem when I first had the loan on where to make payments. I did not receive the instructions until a week before my mortgage was due and then I have to call my broker not Snapfi, because they won't return my calls, to get the information on where and how to set it up on line. Again I called and called and never received a phone call back. Finally someone picked up and they were driving in their car and could barely hear me. Seriously this is a small upstart that has no support systems and their website looks like a 10 year old made it. Don't walk RUN from this company.

  We received excellent service from Jim Campagna, Christel and the whole team at SnapFi. They completely exceeded our expectations. Our refinance was completed very quickly and professionally - and we loved the online portal, where it was easy to fill out the application and then see where we were in the process. Jim and his staff handled so much information in such a short amount of time - I would recommend SnapFi to anybody who it interested in a mortgage or refi. What makes this even more amazing, is that Jim and his team performed much of this work under the sheltering-in-place conditions. I expected delays and frustrations - but there were none. It all happened smoothly and we now have a mortgage that is saving us tons of money every month! Thank you SnapFi!

  Snapfi is a joke of a company...claims they can beat any other lenders rates and does not charge points. But what they don't tell u is they charge underwriters fee and a processing fee which is more than paying for points. When I showed loan estimate from another lender beating Snapfi's estimate and told them they needed to do better they just canceled everything without even trying to work with me. Thanks Beatriz Camacho NMLS# 1374881...there was somethings that she did that couldve been deemed illegal like withholding loan estimate....

  Snapfi was great to work with. Tony Cota was very quick to respond to all my questions (even when he was on vacation with his family). He was very detailed which made the whole process A LOT less stressful for us as we were first time home buyers. Tony really put us at ease and we would absolutely recommend him to all of our friends & family.

  As a first time home buyer not knowing anything about the process, Rob was extremely gracious in guiding us the right way. He patiently talked to my husband and I for almost two hours answering every single question we had and every weird scenario we could come up with. He provided us with a game plan to raise our credit scores so we can do things the right way. Can't wait to finish the buying process with SnapFi.

  Tim did a great job of getting my mortgage complete, which was quite complicated considering the situation I was in with a 1031 exchange.. the Snapfi system was easy to work with, and that was helpful considering the challenges we are facing with the pandemic... Great job Tim and Snapfi

  I have no idea where Snapfi got my phone number, but I now receive an automated call and voicemail once a week without fail. I blocked the number and still receive the voicemails. You can smell the desperation. Update: Following the reply from "owner", I contacted Snapfi and asked to have my phone number removed from their list. They said that they would do that. That was May 15 and I am still getting automated calls today, June 7.

  Hi Tiffany, we have ads in many places, and some times customers fat finger their phone numbers. We don't make cold calls or unsolicited outreach unless customers ask us to. We don't see your name in our customer requests, can you email us to [email protected] with your phone number so we can remove you from our customer outreach list? Thank you.
