  My name is Traci When it was progressive Bank it was all very good bank never had a problem until Smart Bank took over this Bank has been taking my hard earned money never have I had been in overdraft until now. And they can't explain Why and how I'm in Overdraft for the 4th time now. I do not recommend this bank. I have friends that banks with Smart Bank and they tell me that there taking there money to saying they are in overdraft and took 700 dollars from them. I do NOT recommend this Bank to anyone. Especially the hard working families that need there money.

  I started using Progressive because I wanted to keep my business accounts sperate from my regular checking at another bank, but this bank has opened my eyes to what a good bank should be. The staff is incredibly friendly, the facility is clean, and the bank regularly hosts customer appreciation days and charity events. Seriously considering moving all of my accounts here.

  Wanted to get half dollars cashed but the clerk told me you needed an account. Why?

In the event there is an issue with any of the currency/coin we have a customer name and account number to reference.
