  I was referred to Smart Insurance Agency by a family member, and asked for a quote on my home and auto insurance. SIC saved my around $400 per year on the bundled coverage! Nick has been quick to answer any questions, and has been very professional. I would recommend SIC!

  Delma is amazing! The service this company provides is above 5 star quality. Attentiveness, excellent service, and diligence, are just some of the words I would use to describe what Smart Insurance is all about. I would recommend Delma Poage in a heart beat to anyone out there. She is literally the best agent I’ve ever encountered, and has my wife and I’s best interest in mind. Can’t thank Delma and this company enough for their excellent service.

  Had insurance thru them for 4 years and rates increased several times. Switched to gieco and saved over 2800 a year. Kay is also very rude every time I spoke with her about the rate increases. Never had a claim to justify increased.

  Smart Insurance Agency is a gem. Changing insurance agents is a bit nerve racking as you have to make sure you are comparing apples to apples in terms of coverage. Nick Layman made that transition a very smooth and calm experience as he brings professionalism, competency, patience, and is not a high pressure agent, yet stays engaged. My questions were answered completely, in a timely fashion, and, were welcomed. If a business does not want to answer your questions, that is your first clue to run like the wind.

  I've used Smart Insurance on and off for my auto insurance needs for a few years now. Because I live in a different city I always do my business exclusively over the phone - I've never personally been to this location or met any of the staff. That being said, every single time I call, everyone is so helpful and friendly! I've never had a single issue with miscommunication, hidden fees, or anything else one might negatively associate with the insurance industry. Through Smart Insurance, my Progressive rate is at least half as much as it would be if I went through Progressive myself. Thank you all for helping me get back on the road and save money while doing it!

  My family has used Smart insurance ever since moving to Missouri years ago. I joined both Missouri and Smart insurance years later and would never want to turn anywhere else. The staff is kind and attentive. Multiple times Nick has went out of his way to accommodate an urgent situation for me and has always helped to find us the best deals. We appreciate Smart insurance!
