  I was looking for a mortgage company other than a bank. I found Slade Mortgage Company via google. I read the reviews and was highly impressed. I called and that call was all I needed to know I found the best. We were guided through the whole process of refinancing with professionalism, kindness and patience.   After speaking with loan officers at two local banks, I was uncomfortable moving forward with either of them for the refinancing of our home. I’d been given erroneous information by one and was not hearing back in a timely manner from the other. Upon the recommendation of a real estate attorney, I contacted Scott Liebkemann of Slade Mortgage. Scott turned out to be an excellent choice! He was able to answer all our questions, offered good advice, and handled the entire process with exceptional customer service. Slade’s loan processors were also pleasant and efficient. I’ve not only purchased a number of homes myself over the years, but as a Realtor, I’ve seen more than my share of lenders! And, unfortunately, things do not always go smoothly. I wish all my clients had used Slade Mortgage! I’m happy to highly recommend both Scott Liebkemann and Slade Mortgage.

  The staff at Slade Mortgage in Falmouth MA are the best I have ever dealt with. I had tried to refinance with Citizens who held my mortgage. It was one of the worst experiences I had. Also tried with another lender who dragged their feet. A friend at work recommended Slade. They were very professional, diligent and made the process easy. The only road block during the refinance was with Citizens who had failed on many instances. They paid the wrong insurance company, failed to get the money back to pay the right insurance. Did not record a previous paid off loan which slowed the process even more. Thanks to the professional staff at Slade and the Attorney for the closing all road blocks were cleared and the closing was swift and detailed even down to changing the name on the deed, which Citizens failed to do and on the Homestead, again that Citizens failed to do. If I ever sell this house I will not hesitate to contact Slade again. I give them 10 stars for all the staff and thank them for their complete professionalism. Do not hesitate to use this company.   I recently used Slade Mortgage Group to buy my home in Florida (June 2017). Rob was my primary contact there and did a great job working with me and the team at Slade Mortgage to get my VA loan processed for an on-time closing! During the process I wanted to evaluate the differences between using my VA loan or going conventional. Rob ran all of the numbers and showed me that I could currently qualify for a lower rate under VA and had very close estimates for my monthly expenses for both scenarios. Working with Slade Mortgage from long distance could have been challenging, but they ensured we had everything we needed and walked us through whatever documents they needed from us to move forward. I would recommend anyone in MA or FL to use Slade Mortgage Group when shopping for any mortgage needs.

  I had been renting a home in Harwich for 8 years and the owners decided they wanted to sell the property. I wanted to purchase the home for my wife and 2 kids but my credit wasn't the best. Thanks to Scott Liebkemann and his loan processor Karen I was approved for the loan. They both helped me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I am very grateful for the help they gave me. I had called a couple local banks and was told I needed to improve my credit but they wouldn't explain how to. Scott walked me through the whole process of fixing my credit and getting approved. You may think your local bank can help but you are better off calling Slade mortgage they get it done.

  Called Slade Mortgage Falmouth to inquire about a refinance. I'm a senior citizen, so a Reverse Mortgage was one of the options I could consider. Just like the ad says, Rob came to my home in East Falmouth, helped me gather the documentation, and discussed the options available. I was hesitant at first about reverse mortgages, but Mike, Scott, and Rob insisted we include my son to transparently discuss my options. But guess what: YOU CAN PAY FORWARD A REVERSE MORTGAGE! WHO KNEW? I am in Month 4 of my Reverse Mortgage, I LOVE IT. I was able to pay down debt, stay in my home, and now may go back to a forward mortgage in the future with the help of my adult children. CALL SLADE MORTGAGE, and stop in next door to the CAPE COD BAGEL SHOP.
