  No real problems with the west main bank, great customer service there. Good customer service from the east main branch, also both have good , professional employees , who are much more than adequate to meet our banking needs.

  This bank is the absolute WORST. The women that run it are rude and think that they can give you attitude. If you’re open til 5 then don’t get mad when someone comes to your store at 4:30 wanting to make a deposit. It’s just common sense. This business is being run into the ground. They need a lesson on customer service because this completely ridiculous. I will be calling customer service to complain.

  If I could give this bank a no star I would. The customer service at this bank is awful!!! I have a business and have been using them since they took over First South bank, I have kept two small accounts with them for business purposes ONLY. I took my business to a different bank last year. This month for some reason I was charged a $8.00 fee??? If you can, stay away from this bank ...they refused to cash a 100.00 check I gave a client until I called and complained never gave me a reason other than "I am sorry I do not know why the check wasn't cashed" PATHETIC awful bank!
