      My father passed in November 2020. My mom submitted paperwork to have him removed from account, the bank removed her instead of my deceased father. Twice she made large deposits over $10,000.00. When she went to withdraw money to pay a contractor they told her she only had $200 in her account. After waiting for hours in the bank they found the mistake they made. I can understand this happening once but twice within a 30 day period is just wrong. BRING BACK LANDMARK!

      I have banked at Landmark bank for 45 years. Since Simmons bought the bank it has been the worst banking experience ever. After closing the local branch they also closed the lobby at the nearest branch.. They have lost so many local customers because of poor service. I’m closing my account tomorrow. If you need a real bank with loan dept. and real services do not choose Simmons.

      Have banked at Landmark for 15yrs with no problems, could always get my balance on checking or savings Within minutes. Have called Simmons twice for my balances had to wait for 15 min for a human I gave her my name, card number, SS number last transaction on my credit card, last deposit in my checking. Still would not give me my bal.

      Missing correct hours for drive thru services, the hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8AM through 5:30PM . The information on this Google listing is not correct. Mondat, July 5th, in observance of the 4th of July, the bank will be closed and will open regularly on Tuesday July 6th

      Why would the bank in madill have on their website banking hours that are not true!!!! Also called with a different answer, drive to the bank drive through CLOSED 30 min before I was told on the same day. I guess this just goes along the statements that are incorrect month after month. Drive through 7AM–7PM Friday 7AM–7PM Saturday 7AM–7PM Sunday 7AM–7PM Monday 7AM–7PM Tuesday 7AM–7PM Wednesday 7AM–7PM Thursday 7AM–7PM

      I absolutely can not stand to use the drive thru. It’s suppose to make your customers lives easier!?!??? For example I went today to deposit a ck into my account and receive some cash back. The woman on the screen abruptly asked me, can I ask you some questions about this check, (a government check). I said yes, I quess so. What do you need to know? (Without naming here the government name) She asked me had I ever cashed this kind of check before or had I ever deposited a check like this before into my account??? I said aah I think so, I’m not sure if I had deposited one before. So I sat there looking thru my ck/deposit register and came to the conclusion that I probably had only cashed them before. So I answered her, “I think I have only cashed them.” I asked her is there a problem?? She said well the bank wants you to deposit the checks before cashing them, getting money out of your account. Um well I thought that’s what I was doing??? Then she proceeded to say my account didn’t have enough to cover this particular ck amount???? Really!!!! So, ?? it’s a government check!!! I know our government is in dire straits right now but really! You think a government ck is going to bounce?? Apparently.? I could understand this if it was someone’s personal check but not this government one. I have several accounts with Landmark with more than enough in them to cover this not so large check! So I said just give me the deposit slip and check back and I’ll drive over to the main back on the square( for the third time in two weeks) and cash it then put my deposit into my account and that I hatted the impersonal service at the now “new and improved drive thru”! They have made it into where you don’t get good service you have to go thru an act of Congress to do business and no one knows you anymore. Also you speak to someone different each time. I will say this, this sort of drive thru is only good because they have 1 earlier hour in the morning and 2 extra hours in the evening. That’s ALL it has going for it!!!! And when you complain at the main bank all you get is “well we’ve tried telling them(who ever that is) that the service is very impersonal and some (most) people really are having trouble with it or don’t like this change, but they won’t listen.” SO HERE WE ARE AGAIN TYPING A COMPLANT ON AN IMPERSONAL DEVICE!!! I would really appreciate a response on this and a number I can call when their is a problem. And for someone to look into this it was this afternoon around 3:20-3:26. My mother-in-law can’t even get her balance to cash a check when she is in the car with me, she does not drive, because they can’t see her face well. When I have entered her account number as she is telling me it and ssn as well!! Again really.! This is ridiculous! Had to drive to main bank that day too. They act like your a criminal or something. I’m done with the drive- thru. So much for the convenience part. The bank has my phone number, if I don’t answer leave me a message. I will call back. 🤯 aggravated/frustrating

      Horrible bank with horribly long wait times, incorrect hours posted, branches not open. FIND ANOTHER BANK that is appreciative of your business.

      Terrible service. Cant get ahold of your local branch. Balance is never correct. Transactions take entirely to long to process. Online/mobile banking never works. Would not recommend this bank.

      They have been sneaking in fees and balance fluctuates a lot during the end of the month even if I have 100 dollars in my balance it'll drop down below 0 and charge me overdraft even if I put extra money in there on the same day
