  The purchase of my first home was a wonderful experience once I changed banks to Silver Bay Lending in Hampton Bays NY. I was referred by my broker and worked very closely with Briana and Mike. They were so professional and helpful in getting me a great rate and navigating my first time purchasing a home through checking all the boxes up until closing. They helped me to keep on top of every document needed and also got me through a couple obstacles to make my dream of owning a home come true. They truly care and treat their clients like family.   Mike, Briana and the team were amazing. I have lived in NYC for 20 years and this was my first time purchasing a home. I could not have had a better experience with this A+ team. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Briana and she made the entire process an enjoyable one. From day 1 Briana was there to answer all of questions and seemed to drop everything she was doing to make sure I was taken care of. Not to mention she is just an all around awesome person. I highly doubt that anyone can do a better job than them!

  Mike and Briana were amazing. Made our first home buying process very easy. Mike is very knowledgeable about the industry and was very helpful throughout the process. Briana was the same way. Anytime I send her an email she would respond immediately. Her response time was outstanding. They make a very good team and will make your home buying process a lot less stressful. I highly recommend using them and will be using them in the future.

  I have been dealing with Silver Bay Lending since it's inception. I would recommend Mike and his staff to anyone in the market for a mortgage at a great rate with outstanding customer service. Briana walked us through the process step by step, from a credit check to the closing. She was clear and concise and even thought covid was looming at the time, she kept in constant touch making sure we delivered all the paperwork she would need.   Mike and his team were amazing from start to finish when we did our refi. Mike was always very professional, honest, personable and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to offering us advice.   Dont think I have to say much. Go to a chase bank and see the diffrence. From customer service, to actually getting the job done! They dont make you feel like your small in this world and will make sure they do everything they can to get the house of your dreams!!!! The whole team is awesome 👍
