  We use Signature Bank for my wife's business and whether I call with questions, visit the lobby (Fay&BV), or drive through, the staff is always super friendly and helpful! I think we'll be switching our personal accounts over soon because they are just that much better than other options.

  Signature Bank has literally changed my life since the day I was hired back in 2018. As an employee and an account holder, I can truly say Signature Bank holds true to its high standard for customer service. Everyone here is genuinely friendly and kind to one another. If you’re thinking about opening up a new banking account, or simply want to switch banks, this is the place you need to be.

  I'm so impressed with Signature Bank! My husband and I have been customers since we moved to Northwest Arkansas more than 10 years ago and have always appreciated how knowledgeable and personable everyone at the bank is! I love going in to the bank, but when I don't have the time, their online banking services are so fantastic! I highly recommend Signature Bank - no matter where you live!

  The BEST BANK EVER. It is full with helpful, kind and smart employees willing to go above and beyond your needs. The bank itself is absolutely beautiful and with that kind of service you can't go wrong. My favorite feature that the bank offers is refundable ATM fees nationwide! I recommend this bank 100%!

  When we moved from Michigan to Northwest Arkansas, we didn't know which bank to go with. Within our first 2 years here we tried 2 of the the banks that we saw on just about every other corner. The first we stayed with for about a year and a half, but the issues we were coming across kept recurring, and my husband was ready to leave them. The second was immediately problematic, so we didn't stay with them at all. To be honest, I think at some point I remember seeing the Signature Bank near us (in Bentonville) and saying it looked pretty fancy from the outside and half jokingly said to my husband it is probably for rich people. I wish I would have dug a little deeper and found all that they offer way back then, but I am glad I know now! For someone that has migrated from another state, and will likely be returning to visit friends/family, etc, I think Signature offers the best benefit of all. They don't charge ATM fees when you use another bank's ATM, and they reimburse the ATM fees you incur from those other banks too. Talk about customer service! For us, Michigan and Arkansas do not have the same banking options, so this is an awesome benefit. I imagine it would be great for those traveling in the US as well. Additionally, everyone there is so kind and personable. They make you feel welcomed and at home, and that is a great feeling. Seriously, stop in and check them out. You will be glad you did!

  We started with Signature 2 years ago. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Signature helped us get our first business loan and has helped every step along the way. This branch is the friendliest bank I have ever been to. Cant say enough good about this bank.

  I was a bit of a "problem customer" after having several issues withdrawing money at foreign ATMs. The customer service rendered by the team at Sig Bank was too notch, extremely professional, and very helpful. They worked with me to resolve all the little issues that popped up and helped ensure that my travels ran smoothly. Very much appreciated and 10/10 would recommend!
