  Always had a great experience at Shore United. Have been dealing with this branch since it was Felton Bank and never had a question or issue that wasn't resolved quickly with a phone call. One reviewer mentioned that they received overdraft fees. I have never received an overdraft fee from this branch when my account was not overdrawn. Perhaps they spent more money than they had in the bank.

  All of the staff at Shore United Bank, Felton are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Whether you're opening a new account or having issues logging into your account they are always ready to help with a smile. We are so glad we started with Shore United when we moved to Delaware a few years ago.

  Shore United Bank is a friendly family oriented bank with exceptional customer service. Today, not many banks make you feel this way but make you feel like you are a number. I love Shore United Bank and I tell my family and friends about their great customer service and community involvement.

  Shore United Bank in Felton, Delaware is a quaint, family friendly bank. They are always eager to serve and help you in any way. The branch manager, Susan Welch, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She goes out of her way to help customers and serve the community. They have toy drives, shredding events, and many more. Every time I enter, I am greeted with smiles and know I have chosen the right banking facility to meet my needs.
