  I'm very impressed with Shirley's service. She is patient, dedicated and professional. I have met many real estate agents who are not willing to spend time on finding the right deal for their clients. They just want to sell you something and close the transaction quick. But Shirley is patient enough to find the right lender and mortgage for us even though it took months.

  We had a great experience working with Shirley. 2 years ago, we planned to use our saving to buy a rental property. However, the prices of the properties in her specialty area were higher than we budgeted. It did not discourage Shirley to make thing happened. She used her special realtor data base and housing market analysis tools to search the properties outside her specialty area. At last, she found a property within our budget. Now this property not only produces a stable rental income, but also yields a higher value.
