  I have known Sheetal for 4 to 5 years now and about 2 years ago I had sat done and go over the opportunity of me qualifying for a mortgage, at that time she declined me but taught & coached me to get things in order and clean on my debt to ratio and credit to the point that less than a month ago we closed on my first property with her been the mortgage lender. I know this was a long journey for me and her but her experience, knowledge and professionalism for sure are great quality that I needed for me to go thru this transaction.   We highly recommend that you contact Sheetal and her team for your mortgage needs, they are bi-lingual in Spanish and English, provide excellent customer service and walk you through the process step by step. Their staff are incredibly responsive and provide you with full transparency along the way. I run an insurance agency nearby and every time I have sent a client to them, they've always contacted me to thank me for sending them here because her team makes everybody feel like a VIP client. Their rates are competitive but most importantly, they are honest and will provide you with honest feedback with regard to your individual situation, for example I've sent clients that were already paying a very low rate but wanted to see what was available and Sheetal did her calculations and clearly explained to them that it wouldn't make any sense given their particular situation to refinance since the costs of refinancing would outweigh the benefits of a lower rate, so I know they look out for the clients best interest. So give Sheetal a call, tell her about your situation and she will provide you with an honest assessment on what your options are and if she can't help you she will do her best to point you in the right direction.
