  The worst ever. I will never use this company again. They give you such a hard time, plus the last customer service rep ruined it for me. He was soooo rude. Gave me a hard time for nothing. I ended up calling back and speaking to some one else in order to resolve the issue.

  It's ridiculous I had to give an explanation as to why I was sending 50$ to my uncle that's bad service. I shouldn't have to give no explanation rather it's 50 or 500 to the same person every time

  Your fees are unnecessarily high. Other agencies are more reasonable than your company. I'm seriously rethinking my options.
