  What a great team! Shane, Rachel and Sue have been there nonstop! They have helped us navigate our business insurance needs as well as our personal insurance. They are alway available and answer our many, many questions. Shout out to Rachel Lingenfelter who has had her hands full with our business. She never misses! They all do their very best to help us save money and get ahead of any issues. Best of all they remember everything we discuss and get right back to us with the answers.   This insurance agent served us well for the past 5 years or so when we only needed minor assistance. Unfortunately, when we needed proper reassurance due to a serious and time-consuming incident, the response to my email, where I asked for feedback and advice, was a few sentences and not reassuring at all. Due to the long drawn out process (in part due to the adjustor) and lack of sincerity from our agent, we went another direction once the claim was settled. Am Fam eventually got the job done but it was stressful, exhausting and took months. Overall, we felt they could have handled the situation much better. I will miss the birthday phone calls from the sweet woman in the office though!

  2019 review: I have continued to be represented by Shane and his team through teenagers learning to drive, storm damage, business growth, addition of investment property and even windshield damage. He continues to provide top notch service and responsiveness. 2014 review: Shane brings refreshing honesty and integrity to the table. When our roof was wrecked by a recent hail storm, he made the process of repair and recovery seamless! I would recommend you sit down with him and find out what his company can do to help you.

  It is rare to find such an honest and ethical person. I have only one word that explains him. WOW. Shane treats you like you are his family and only recommends insurance that fits your family or business needs. He looked at ways to save me money personally and ways to protect my business from liability that I never knew I had. After talking with him, I will always recommend him to all my friends and family because I know that he will look out for them. Thanks Shane!
