  We were hesitant to begin the refinance process given a pandemic, busy work schedules, and three little ones but the Shamrock team was amazing! They answered all our questions in a timely manner, explained everything in easy to understand terms, and worked around our schedule.   Juan and his team are awesome! I worked with them to purchase my home, and also to refinance. The team was very supportive, responsive, and informative. They made both processes nearly effortless for me. They made sure I understood everything, and clarified fully if I didn’t. Everything was done in a timely, and organized fashion, and I didn’t feel rushed or hurried into making my decisions. They explained multiple options and ways to approach the process, to best meet my situation and goals. They were also able to get me a great rate on my refinance, which was an entire point lower than all the other offers I was viewing and receiving.
