  Came by to open an account with a very large amount of money, was told while taking selfies in the parking lot to leave and that I was on private property. Didn’t even get to go inside to open my account. But thank GOD!! If they’re mad their customers sit in their parking lot for longer than 15 minutes I can’t imagine how horrible their service is. Definitely ran by “Karen’s.” Will never bank with them OR go on their property. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

  I thought this was a great bank until I was interrogated by a bank teller. The line of questioning had nothing to do with the transaction and was highly inappropriate and offensive. “Is there a reason why...” In my head, I’m like B, is there a reason why you’re questioning me. Not sure if I was questioned because of my ethnicity or if the bank teller’s name was Karen. Either way, it would be nice if this bank trained their tellers to do their jobs without being nosy.

  Worst bank ever. Will charge you to cash their check. Then if its over $1000 they will only write you another check which you have to keep bringing back and they charge you additional fees each time

  Great bank I deal with them on a daily basis have never had anything but a good experience with everyone. 100% recommend them for any of your banking needs.

  I had never had a problem with them until I needed to close my account and was given a horrible attitude...if your customer needs to close their account you don't question them and give them an attitude about it...you just do it...I will never let this bank touch my money again
