  I have been doing business with Service Loan for probably 4 years on/off. They’ve always came through for me when I need emergency funds. It doesn’t matter what team of staff or management . I treat people with respect at all time unless otherwise. I’ve I never have issues with them. All you have to do is be honest, respectful, have a pleasant attitude and communicate with the staff and they’ll find ways to help you. My experience with them has been professionalism, positive attitude and friendly staff..

  My husband and I have been doing business with them for a few years now. They have a true hometown family business atmosphere about themselves. They know everyone by name when you come in. They are always willing to work with you, all you have to do is communicate with them. When the original owner, Tammy left to move with her husband and family out of state, she left the store in some amazing hands. Kimberly is just as awesome as Tammy. I absolutely loved and adored Tammy, and when she let me know she was moving and leaving the store to Kimberly I was heart broken. But Kimberly has done an amazing job. She's honest and helpful. She will help you where ever she can and it allows. I wouldn't use another loan and tax place but Service Loan in Cartersville.   They work really well with me. I went through a divorce and got way behind, but they worked with me to let me catch up and I still get loans there when I need extra cash. Sure if you get behind they hound you, but that's their job. Just pay on time and they are great people. :)

  Got a loan from this place and they changed owners, now i have lost my job and this lady named Tabatha works there made a payment arrangement with my wife so we did all this running around to gather up some money to pay and when we got there she had changed her mind said she would not accept it. She is extremely rude or stupid which ever you may choose to call her.When I told her I lost my job she said so do you always get loans you don't pay i hung up on her. Very unprofessional
