      Horrible experience. Horrible bank. Horrible staff. Can’t get ahold of any one at the local branches. Won’t return emails. Rude staff in the Biggs office. Don’t do business here. Literally any other bank is better than Self Help.

      What used to be great service is now just another mind numbing automated excursion into hell. Although both the Biggs and Chico branches have different phone numbers, you can no longer reach those offices. Ever. For anything. All calls get routed to the same call center. At least NOW I understand why it's named Self Help. Nobody human will help you.

      Worst customer service ever. My husband has an account there and when we go there is the most uncomfortable situation ever. Non friendly too obvious that they hate anybody that walks inside there/Bad energy and all.

      Not business friendly at all. Terrible customer service. We were customers for many years, but we had to go. Now that we switched banks it's even more obvious just how bad it was.
