  The beginning of the loan process was easy. However, the last three months I paid above and beyond in order to pay off the loan. Paid off the loan in March 2021. I’ve been waiting for months for the title every time I call I get different misleading information. I do not recommend South helpFederal credit Union. I have been weekly calling to try to get more information. Every time I called the DMV the DMV has no record of my title being released. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting… Please release my title

  They refused to let me deposit my own $25 MoneyGram money order into my account because it was 9 months old (I bought one and didn't need it after all.). Self-Help FCU said their cutoff is 6 months old and it was "not negotiable". Ridiculous!

  This bank has made so many mistakes gave me wrong account number then called to ask my balance and said I had 3000 dollars in my bak which had 3 dollars in my bank I was eating on a deposit got excited thinking my money had already came in to pay my bills I am gonna get another bank because so many mistakes I am disappointed

  Took me three tries to get through, the first two times I was hung up on. Expensive credit. Fees for everything including payment. Smh.

  Patty, we regret our service was less than stellar. We have had some phone issues at our call center and we're working to correct it. If you're looking for a payment option without fees, we would like to suggest our online or mobile banking service.

  Great rates and great service. Found them on the internet and couldn't believe they were for real... but they are, and Edgar is :)
