  Used to be a good place. Used to get your direct deposit’s in your account a day or two before and used to be more on top of things when it comes to your transactions. Not as efficient as they used to be unfortunately.

  Went in to open up a checking account, the two people I came in contact with were very creepy. Which is ok, the second I walked through the door I got extremely bad vibe. Glad my money won't be there.

  Just went to Main Street in Springfield branch to get my rent money order. I've been doing this for years. So I make my deposit and ask for a $920.00 money order as always...don't even think to check it since I've never had a problem before. Turns out the young lady made it for$940.00 instead...might not be a big deal to some but that was most of our food money for the rest of the week...suggestion??Have a talk with your tellers to start listening better.

  I joined Selco Community Credit Union when they financed my new car. This was in 2004 and I have been a happy customer ever since. I have never had a single problem with Selco; the employees are always helpful and friendly and very efficient.

  All I wanted to do is transfer some money to the Bank of my record which they have and they wanted ask all kinds of questions, My accounts are linked it is simple. but they made it hard, So I hung up and now will have to go 30 miles to get some money out. You have all my info and accounts on your records who else would you be sending it to? You are just to lazy to do it.

  Hi Jerome, I am sorry for the hassle of those extra verification questions. Those are in place as a security measure to make sure no one else can access your account. I know that we sometimes ask questions where you might not have the answers right in front of you (like with an account number) and that can be inconvenient or annoying, but it's all in the interest of keeping your information and money secure.

  I've been with Selco since 2005, always received good, honest service. The people who work there are all very friendly. Also gotten great service when using the online chat feature.

  Some bank tellers are just so racist, bad temper, today i came at 230pm and there was in the drive thru this lady, with the worst behavior, didn't even greet us, jus kept asking whether we needed a deposit or not, so stupid woman. (She thought we didn't speak English, and i thought she didn't speak it, maybe she is italian (sarcasm))

  This is the epitome of banking. They used their attorney to delay a real estate transaction we were buying from them that was bank owned when we tried to back out. They conceded because they were in the wrong, but forced us to hire an attorney as well which cost us a few thousand dollars, stress, and lots of time. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
