  All the employees have been wonderful courteous and professional. They have accomodated some unique banking issues I had in the past. Branch Mgr Jerri and her staff Matthew and Margaret provide stellar customer service. It"s also really cool That Jerri is also licensed to help with your insurance too!

  I requested a car loan in July 2020 and was helped very quickly and professionally. I came back for a new car loan in January 2021 because of the great service I received. I want to personally call out Daniel, CasSandra, Matt, Jacob, and Jerri for their quick actions in answering my questions and getting the terms of the loan that I needed. Your work was very much appreciated and I'll come back again when I need another loan. I highly recommend this team and institution for all your financial needs.

  Cassandra Marquez took the time to answer all of my questions regarding mortgages, explained the best options for checking and savings and set my accounts up for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Excellent service! If I could give her 6 stars I would!

  I have had SSFCU accounts for several years now and each time I visit the branch, everyone is helpful. Most recently I have worked with Jerri, Matt, and Cassandra on personal loans, and vehicle loans. They are all very informative and make sure that I have a clear understanding of how everything works. The customer service at this location is always excellent and I look forward to each visit!   I LOVE being a part of this credit union! The people at this branch are always so friendly! They know my family and my kids and ask how they are doing all the time. We miss being able to go in the branch and see them. At one point there was an issue with my account and Matt (one of the managers) generously stayed with me to see it through. Thank you for everything Broomfield SSFCU!
