Joshua E1My parents are small business owners and had to switch from plaza loc. To ward parkway. Since then, my parents have not had a single transaction go smoothly. this banks management and customer service is down right hostile, rude and disrespectful at every chance. On top of all of that, the security guard thoroughly creeped my girlfriend out by unashamedly staring at her the entire time she was in the building. Not to mention the numerous times that me and my parents have been harassed by the security there as well.

USA11I suggest the customers using this bank utilize other banking options because this business is NOT customer friendly and the tellers are inappropriately handling customer service.

caleb kangas4Poor customer service. It always amazes me how little these tellers want to do here! I give checks to deposit with the deposit amount on an envelope. They refuse to fill in the amount on a deposit slip and then and then ask for photo ID to look up my account. The checks all have company name on them and say deposit only. No need to make me jump through all these hoops ladies! I’ve been coming here for 8 years. Time for a new bank. Edit: bank manager called Day after I posted this review. He apologized for the poor service and said he would talk to his tellers about it. He even offered and sent me deposit slips at no charge to help speed the process for the next time. So while I gave an initial 2 star I have revised to 4 star. They worked to fix their poor service and I appreciate that! Thank you.

Nasser FN1Worst experience ever. They ask for social security number even though I’m an international student. I felt the manager displaying passive aggressive behaviors and felt disrespected so I got out. She seemed a rude person who wants to get rid of customers with bunch of excuses.
