Rudy Boatswain1Do not put your money in there or conduct any kind of business with this place you will regret it. During the pandemic they were offering deferment on loans. They did not allow me to make a payment . fast forward a few months latter the loan reaches its maturity date ,they reported it to the credit bureau as late . call them they refuse to make the correctios now I am down over 40 points on my credit score for something I never wanted or asked for

Jus Living1Only one video teller kiosk in drive thru. Always long lines. Lobby closes extremely early. If you work a 9 to 5 you never can get into the main lobby cause they're closed. TD bank here l come.

Nicole Young1I applied for a car loan through secu and was approved, got the check went to the dealer ship and bought a car...3 weeks later I get a call from secu saying my loan was declined AFTER IT WAS APPROVED. The staff is absolutely NO HELP in explaining to me why this happened. Now I'm having to return the car that I bought. This is imo illegal, how can you get approved for a car loan and 3 weeks later get denied? This has been the worst experience ever!!!!

Alice Darbandi1Impossible to reach a loan officer by phone, he only answers when the customer he's financing calls. Then he issues the WRONG type of check and the credit union stops payment after we deposit it. As a small business this has consequences to us, once they discovered the problem it takes them almost 2 weeks to issue a correct check. We will try NOT to do business with them.

Mary Jensen3I love SECU but when I was there with my son securing a loan they didn't have a bathroom I could use. I had to leave. Otherwise I would have rated higher. I believe customer comfort is a plus!
