  I am pleased with the new rate. The underwriter took too long to get everything done. I started the application in October and did not get it finalized until the first of February. I ended up having to resubmit a couple of papers. The loan officer, YNuen Nie and Sherri Moir, transaction coordinator answered questions and kept in touch with me. The problem came from the closing department. If I had known ahead of time how long the closing department would take I would have gone with another company.

  Cardinal Financial is an excellent mortgage company. Representatives are very professional, service is great, rates are very competitive, documantation requirements are reasonable, timeframe is good and the company goes out of its way to provide assistance including the provision of a mobile notary service.

  We were very pleased with the professionalism, and efficiency of Susanne Thompson and Jason Muir. They were friendly and listened to everything we had to say .They did everything in their power to make it a positive experience and it was. We have refinanced before and never had the fabulous experience that we have had with Sebonic Financial. The majority of the paperwork is done online. The only time that we saw anyone is when we actually signed the paperwork with a notary present. We highly recommend Sebonic Financial. We will gladly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

They responded to every inquiry I had in a timely fashion, were very competitive with their pricing and even matched a new offer from a competitor's "customer retention" program after we had progressed a little ways into the loan process.   I had tried many other companies, including my own bank who I've banked with since 1972! Ten different banks and credit unions, No one was 'able' to help me. I had NO debt, a perfect credit score (850), own my home with over $700K in equity, and no one seemed to either take the time or effort to figure things out. I am a sole proprietor, I own my own business. Steve and his company were amazing to come up with solutions, not problems. I am so grateful for his drive to get things accomplished.

  I had the best two people ( Garrett and Katie)help me with my refinance. They kept me on track so that I can close in 45 days from day one of the application. They call they text they email they really held me to our deadline and what an awesome team. Can not thank them enough. If you are looking for two people who can get the job done call Garrett and Katie.

  Tony Blount understands the needs of the borrower and customizes packages, to the extent possible, to address the primary need. This loan officer cares more about creating longer term business relationships than large short term financial gains. He understands that doing solid loans deals is most profitable in the longer term.

  It took 2 weeks to get an estimate for a refinance till we close. Along the way we had good communications with everyone at Sebonic. Closing costs and fees were a little higher than what I was expecting before starting looking for a refinance. But after asking about all the fees it made sense. I would highly recommend to my friends.
