marilyn parver1I have been a happy customer for over 4 yrs. I loved how I was treated. I loved the staff. I loved the service! They moved.. the staff changed. My first dealings with the new staff at their 4th Street location was awful. I had called to order Pesos for a trip and set a day for me to pick them up. I went in and the Manager acted like I was crazy… no pesos were ordered. I found my text messages that showed who I spoke with. She had forgotten to order them. The Manager never apologized and acted like it was my fault! This caused me a huge problem and I feel they don’t care. Part of the reason I choose a bank is because of their customer service!! Right now… SeaCoast Bank on 4th St St Petersburg sucks! Such a disappointment!

"please call the customer service" --> "please call the branch office" --> "please call the customer service"...You'll go in circle for hours losing your mind! Basically : It's not Freedom bank anymore so we don't care of previous customers.WELL WE GET THAT! RUDE PEOPLE, POOR customer service hang up on you WORST EXPERIENCE EVER --> WE WILL SEE YOU SOON TO CLOSE ALL BANKS ACCOUNTS THAT WE HAVE COUNT ON IT!

Ryan Mitchell1What a scam! This bank charged me 70$ to cash my paycheck with them even tho they are the bank that issued the check....even Bank of America doesn’t take advantage of people like that. They are charging the same rate as amscot and it is THEIR CHECK! Stay Far Away from this bank use chase across the street.
