  Ever since the other young lady left my service has been horrible here, in reference to this I have had to deal with the blonde lady I believe named Annie or Anna an it seems like this lady doesn't know what she's doing Everytime I come into the branch to talk about the details of my bank account or transactions. I live locally in Jensen an it's a disappointment when I will be taking my business elsewhere such as wells Fargo or bank of America. CANNOT trust this young lady when discussing my banking information with her.

  I do enjoy this establishment, about 90% of the staff are so kind and courteous! However what keeps me from giving a 5 star is the taller, blonde, older woman. She is so horrifically inconsiderate and ignorant that I can’t stand to be in the actual bank itself anymore. I cannot comprehend how she was hired. Other than this I enjoy my time with most of the tellers!

  I've been banking at Seacoast for years. I live in Jensen Beach now and I must say most of the time I go thru the drive thru. The customer service I received by a lady named Bonney was excellent! She was courteous and professional which is important to me and smiling which is great! I love my bank!

  Love this bank, especially the Jensen Beach branch, they are all very attentive, they are forgiving when you are a good customer and don’t abuse their system, they work out problems and have great suggestions. All their employees young and older are especially great!

  Here at the drive thru window to cash the check sent from seacoast to myself as some kind of refund from me closing my account due to COVID i had no income and this Bank was still charging their monthly maintenance fee . Hopefully they didn't keep the stimulus payout i never received . It's taken them a long time to cash their own check . That's why I've switched to a Chase Bank account because Chase doesn't charge veterans monthly fee for an account . Well thanks Seacoast Bank for forcing me to find a better Bank.

  Helpful employees. But not a good bank if you do business overseas. I was locked out of my account three times in a little over a week. The bank seems to flag any overseas transactions as fraudulent and it seems impossible to have them approved without getting yourself into a bind. I went and opened a account somewhere else and had no problems.

  Ever since Lisa Vasquez left this branch it has gone down hill. The blonde lady at the branch who used to have a sparkly face mask is the rudest I’ve ever come across.

  Office is always bright, clean. Never a long wait, and they have a Keurig machine, and tablets for customer use. There are 2 ATM's, one indoor, one drive-thru. Very, very nice hometown branch with updated tech, and super friendly service. A+
